Mexican grocery and general merchandise retailer La Comer opened the doors of a new store under its upscale Fresko format in the greater Guadalajara area in the western state of Jalisco.  In addition to groceries, household goods and prepared foods, the new sales location boasts environmentally friendly technologies such as LED lighting, reduced-emissions refrigeration and an in-house water treatment system.  Read more details here.
